Founded in 2016 by Menora Mivtachim Energy Ltd., and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 2021, TeraLight has established itself as a leading and innovative force in Israel's growing renewable energy sector.

With an expansive and diverse portfolio of national and international initiatives, boasting a cumulative capacity exceeding 1.5 GW of green electricity, and 2.4 GWh of energy storage, our goal is to spearhead the transition to renewable energy sources in Israel and beyond, driving a substantial and positive impact that enhances the quality of life for everyone.

Our diverse range of projects includes ground-mounted and rooftop solar facilities, energy storage solutions, agri-voltaics, electric vehicle charging stations, and investments in innovative technologies.

TeraLight’s flagship projects are undertaken by our internal EPC division, which is responsible for project development and construction. We provide value throughout the production and supply chain by adhering to high international quality standards. TeraLight Solar Tech, a key subsidiary, complements our activities by specializing in the conception and establishment of dual-use projects.

The company currently employs dozens of dedicated professionals in various fields, including engineers, operations managers, and others, all working tirelessly to fulfill the company's vision and provide value to our investors, the general public, and, most importantly, the environment.

 

A major player in green electricity generation worldwide

TeraLight is actively advancing three large ground-mounted solar projects with energy storage capabilities in Israel – the Taanach and Maglan projects - boasting a combined capacity of over 600 MW. These flagship initiatives not only illustrate the company's exceptional capabilities but also represent a significant leap toward enabling Israel to meet its ambitious goals for transitioning to green energy.

Concurrently, TeraLight is steering a series of advanced projects for renewable energy generation and storage, both within Israel and internationally.
